Art Feature – Crazy Caligari

This featured artwork here was inspired by the silent film The Cabinet of Doctor Caligari, and drawn by my best friend Placebohoe. Check out her gallery here at deviantArt. Art Feature

“U wanna play?” Please, don’t.

This is an old drawing from when I was trying out new techniques last year. This sketchy, “scribbly” style was a big step towards the style I now have. With this technique it was very easy do draw, yet at the same time I was able to display all the feelings I felt while drawing. A pretty, cute, distorted; almost comic-like style which I still use when I feel like drawing something quickly that also brings a powerful impact.

I am one happy bitch.

I was featured once again on DeviantArt, Wohoo! This time it was not just any of my artwork, but my whole art channel! Neurasthenique encouraged others to take a look at my gallery, she really seems to like it which makes me very happy! Also, she has like 20000 pageviews and over a thousand deviations (= artwork), which is like ten times more than my statistics, and still we have both been active for an equally long time. I don’t really know what else to say, a lot of things have happened over one night. I have got many visitors and people who chose my art as their favourite, for which I am very grateful. In return I will display some images:
